Island Garden Villas is a small, family-owned micro-resort on Anna Maria Island. Now managed by Beach Boutique, the Villas are a unique beach-stay, boasting gorgeous, tropical gardens and a fountain courtyard. IGV is the perfect spot for peaceful island days. The beach is just across the street and you can even walk to many local restaurants, shops and bars!

We have everything you need! Beach carts, chairs and umbrellas. Our units are ground level for easy access and newly remodeled in 2025.
